Easy Peach Cobbler Made With Cake Mix

I love Peach Cobbler just about no matter how it's cooked. I have two recipes that I go to all the time. I used this recipe with the cake mix because I had extra butter cake mix that I got free from Kroger. (Love Kroger..they send you coupons based upon what you've used and what you might like!)

I'll post the other recipe at a later time when I fix it next. This is super easy and I normally have my kids do this.

Ingredients:

2 Large Cans Sliced Peaches

1 Box Butter or White Cake Mix

A Lot of Butter

Vanilla

Cinnamon

Sugar

Directions:

Pour both can of sliced peaches with the juice into a 9x12 baking dish. I usually cut the peaches into bite sized pieces. Put in the blueberries or whatever fruit you like. Melt about 3tbsp of butter and pour on top of the fruit. Pour about 2 tbsp vanilla and stir around. Sprinkle with cinnamon (if your only using peaches) and a little bit of sugar if you like.

Sprinkle the entire box of cake mix on top. Cut pats of butter and put on top. I use about a whole stick of butter. (Yes, I’m the Paula Deen of Arkansas!)

Put in the over for about 20-30 minutes or until done. I swear it’s never the same amount of time! (Sorry..I forgot to take a pic of it when it came out of the oven!)

Put in bowls and put some ice cream on top and Get In My Belly!!
